ESA's Centennial at Baltimore

It's the third time for me to attend the ESA annual meeting. As usual, it was a great moment to meet friends. I got one day trip to Potomac River on Saturday and one day workshop on Big Data Analyses on Sunday. In the Monday afternoon, I had my presentation on elevational diversity patterns on aquatic microbes. In the other days, I can easily find many great talks on biodiveristy and community ecology. It is also quite interesting for me to attend the trip of Ecologist Goes to Washington, which showed me a new figure on how ecologists engaged their governments in addressing the broader implications of their research.  I then visited the National Aquarium near the Baltimore Convention Center. Here come some photos taken in the aquarium.
